TSCA Title VI
TSCA stands for the Toxic Substances Control Act, and Title VI deals specifically with formaldehyde emissions from wood products. A TSCA Title VI certification means that the product has been tested and meets the strict formaldehyde emission standards set by the US government. This ensures that the plywood is safe to use indoors and won't release harmful levels of formaldehyde into the air. The document is often referred to as a CARB certificate.
